4th grader, Sasha submitted an essay in the fall on "Why is the Veteran Important?" Sasha's essay was first selected and awarded a certificate at a February assembly. Last Friday, Sasha was awarded because she won 2nd PLACE for her age/grade in the STATE!!! Congratulations to you Sasha, what an amazing accomplishment at only 9 years old!!! Also, a huge thank you to Mr. Jeter and Tenino VFW for providing our students with this opportunity each year.
