Tuesday night there will be a showing of Screenagers for all Tenino families at Tenino High School. Doors open at 5:30pm. for dinner and the movie starts at 6pm. This is a great starting point to talk about how to help our students navigate the digital world.
The last choir concert of the year is this Thursday at 7pm at THS. Come hear some great music and support our Choir programs.
This Wednesday, May 24th is the TMS Knight of Art and Band concert. Come at 5:30pm to see some great art in the TMS commons and then the Band concert is at 7pm in the TMS gym.
The last TMS Activity Night is this Friday from 6-7:30pm. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased from the TMS office. They will not be sold at the door.
Hi 8th Grade Families. We're having another 8th grade promotion planning meeting tomorrow (Thursday) at 5:30. Please come out and help us plan a great promotion for our students.
TMS will start SBA testing tomorrow. Please have your students charge their chromebooks overnight, get lots of sleep, and eat breakfast. We will provide students with earphones, extras can be bought in the office for $1.
We are looking for chaperones for the Activity Night on May 26th from 6pm to 7:30pm, for the whole school movie field trip on June 12th, and the 8th grade field trip to Top Golf on June 14th. If you can help with any of these events please contact the office.
Come share a fun Knight of Art on May 24th from 5:30 to 6:45pm in the TMS commons. Door prizes and light refreshments will be served.
New week we start the State SBA testing. Please encourage your students to get enough sleep, eat breakfast, and to take their time on the test. They also need to bring their Chromebooks charged so they can use them for testing.

Incident regarding bus on McCorkle Rd.

Upon completion of their route, a Tenino First Student bus was returning to the garage when it went into the ditch on McCorkle Rd. There were no students on the bus at the time of the incident and thankfully the driver is uninjured. TCSO is on scene in addition to First Student personnel.

TMS will be holding an open house to view and discuss possible Health curriculum and the state health standards on Wednesday, March 8th at 5:30pm. Then at 6pm we will be having a parent workshop focused on teen mental health. Pizza snacks and water will be provided.

Hi Tenino Families,
Due to the current weather conditions and an overabundance of caution, I'm canceling the Health Curriculum open house and the Parent Workshop. I will reschedule both for a date in the near future. Stay safe and stay warm.
Tickets for the activity night on Friday must be purchased before school gets out on Friday. Tickets will NOT be available at the door and you need a ticket to enter.
